Delete your account

You can delete your CKR account and associated data at any time. Here's how.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the CKR app and sign in.
  2. Go to your profile, then Settings.
  3. Open Account, then choose Delete Account.
  4. Confirm to permanently delete your account.

Request by email

Prefer to request deletion directly? Email theckrapp@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account," and we'll process it for you.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal information, except where we're required to retain it for legal or security reasons. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Please note

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
